SBL Machinery (UK) Ltd is proud to bring you the latest in thermal (pre-glued) and glue-less film laminators.  One of the newest additions to our portfolio, the SFML range of Semi-automatic Laminators offers the continued quality manufacturing expected from SBL UK.  This dual function laminating machine is temperature adjustable, allowing a wider range of applications for operators.  With a 0-30m/min operating speed and operator controlled variable speed, production runs are kept moving with quality.

• High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, giving excellent performance to temperature control
• Laminating temperature adjustable by operator for wide range of applications
• Hydraulic pressuring system provides consistent pressure, guaranteeing consistency and quality laminating
• Film perforating wheel and cutter automatically perforates then cuts the film width to the required size
• Anti-curvature device ensures the laminated paper shall be levelled at once and won’t curve again after cut.
