The GTS SERIES Twin Head Semi-Auto Stitcher machines have been designed and built to offer greater choice in production capabilities.  You can choose to run two-piece or one peace box type or switch between both on different jobs with minimal switch over time required.  The GTS series are manufactured with leading component brands from around the world, while heads are made with high strength alloy steel and feeding pitch is controlled by constantly reliable servo motors.

• Auto wire-feeder can supply for large wire coil (30 kg) increasing production efficiency and reducing change frequency
• Rubber-roller feeding is designed for high quality colour-box eliminating injury to box surface when fed for stitching. (Option)
• Independent rear-stoppers available for special type box
• The stitching head is made by alloy steel and ground accurately
• Patent Swing Forming can improve the speed of stitching and lengthen the lifespan

• The interval of feed-belts is adjustable to feet different thick of sheet
