Luna on Safari

Safariprint Co Iran has set new standards in the market by being the first Iranian company to invest in the Alpha Luna106 Automatic Die-cutting and Creasing Platen.  The groundbreaking finishing specialist has made another step forward in its product offering, by increasing their sheet size capabilities and production speed with the new Luna106.  And added to their existing vast experience in Laminating and UV finishing, their new Die-cutting and creasing platen will help them to extend an already much sought after finishing service to an increasingly quality hungry market place.

A leading producer of shelf ready packaging for the food industry and POS display, toy packaging and printed outer packaging, Safariprint has been consistently seen as a leading company in the market place.  With the company already working with 3mm laminator board and E and B-fluted board, the Luna106 was an obvious choice.  However the management decided that they needed an extra edge to their current product range.  Mr Hamidreza Safari request the upgrade to the feeding belt system, and we provided the new machine with the Vacum belt system, allowing them paper down to 80gsm at greater speeds than expected.

Mr Hamidreza Safari first viewed the Luna106 at IPEX 2010.  This first viewing was enough to ensure he was confident about the technical ability and production quality of his investment, long before it was installed in his factory.  This confidence was reaffirmed following install.  So much so that Safariprint have requested to become resellers of equipment from SBL in Iran.  And we know that with his respected status in Iran, that his and our future customers will be as delighted for their decision as he is.
