Die Cutter STS-1050SE for Luna Press

Luna Press S.A.R.L has received installation of their new Die Cutter.  The installation of the STS-1050SE Automatic Die Cutting and Creasing Platen is the second installation from SBL UK. Following on from their purchase in 2009 of the STS-1020NSv High Speed Folding and Gluing machine the print and packaging specialist returned to us for a second round of investment, building on their existing cutting and creasing capabilities.  The new Die Cutter will be working alongside their 2 existing Bobst machines, and will help increase the production capabilities in there Lebanon plant.

In the last few years, Luna Press has seen a major increase of demand for the quality work and professional service provided.  And with the demand the company has also seen an increase in enquiries from both national and international customers.  To manage this increase the management realised they needed the additional capacity and quality production offered by the new STS-1050SE Die Cutter.  The product categories of Luna Press include; Foods and Confectionary, Drinks and Beverages, Household Packaging and Pharmaceuticals.  And the new Die Cutter is well placed to help them to continue with the quality production expected by the growing customer base.
